Is there a catch?
No. But you rightfully ask why a valuable service like ePropertyWatch would be free for you.  Like many free web services, we’ll display advertisements that we hope are valuable for you. You can choose to look at them or not. By displaying these ads, we are able to offer ePropertyWatch at no cost to you. Knowing that, you can be confident that we’ll not surprise you later by asking you for your credit card to use ePropertyWatch!
What if I disagree with the estimated value you report for my home?
Our Home Value estimates are used by top lenders and appraisers in assessing home values. However, they only serve as a baseline estimate. They are calculated using available data, however, they don’t reflect special things about your home. Do you live on a lake? Did you refurbish your kitchen or bathroom? Often, these qualitative factors enhance the value of your home. The ePropertyWatch service allows you to increase the value of your home in your baseline estimate for your own record keeping purposes.
What if your lien information is wrong?
We report to you what we collect from your local county recorder’s office. That doesn’t guarantee that the information we gather is correct. That’s why it’s important for you to consistently verify the information. If it’s not correct, then check with your county. Find out why. It always pays to be vigilant and check for yourself. While we undertake efforts to ensure we copy the information accurately, a small amount of error is unavoidable.
