Vigilently watching a homeowner's property
"Always on" monitoring means that the enrolled address is now being watched for new liens based on information obtained from local county recorder offices, up to date property values, nearby sales/transactions, and area housing market trends. ePropertyWatch never sleeps. It constantly monitors an enrolled address on behalf of the homeowner.
Important changes to the home and neighborhood
ePropertyWatch monitors for changes of lien status. If an identity thief places a fraudulent lien at the county deeds office ("House Stealing") and ePropertyWatch has detected the transaction - the service will immediately send you an alert. In addition, ePropertyWatch monitors a home's ever changing value, area sales and foreclosures, and local real estate market trends. In short, ePropertyWatch actively monitors for important changes to individual homes and neighborhoods to keep homeowners up to date on their #1 asset.
CoreLogic - the leader in real estate data, analytics, and monitoring
Since 1958, CoreLogic has served real estate professionals with the data and analysis they need. With over 600,000 industry professionals as our customers, CoreLogic is the recognized leader in property data, AVMs, and lien monitoring services for mortgage lenders. Now, with ePropertyWatch, CoreLogic brings this half-century of professional service directly to homeowners.
Simple emails - straight to the Inbox
The alerts are simple, easy to read emails. They quickly let the homeowner know of any changes to their lien status while also updating them on their home's current value, nearby transaction activity (sales, foreclosures) and market trends. Now, homeowners need not drive to their county office to request lien documents. Or query multiple web sites to obtain information about their home. Now, ePropertyWatch delivers this address-level information simply and conveniently.
Immediately and monthly
A monthly "Alert Digest" is emailed to the homeowner. This includes status of liens at the county office, current home value, nearby sales/foreclosures, and market trends as of that date. However, a new lien detected by the ePropertyWatch monitoring service will generate an immediate alert. A user may also customize the frequency of alerts for other features such as increases to their home's value and nearby activity. The homeowner instructs ePropertyWatch on what's important enough to them to generate an immediate alert.
Additional information, education, advice, and maps
Homeowners will have web pages custom to their address. Only information about their home and neighborhood is published to these web pages. The homeowner will set up a user name and password to securely access these custom web pages any time they wish. The web site simply provides "deep dive" information about their home that isn't included in the alert emails.
No. It's free.
CoreLogic offers this service for free. We don't ask a homeowner for their credit card. Like many valuable and popular free web sites, relevant ads will be offered to the user. We seek to make those ads non-competitive to your primary line of business. When you register yourself, you tell us what your main business occupation is (i.e. real estate agent, insurance agent, lender, etc). Our automated system then knows to prohibit inserting ads that directly conflict with that. However, we only give you the option to select one primary line of business. For instance, if you are both a Realtor and a mortgage professional, you must choose which profession you wish to have no competitive ads for.
No. That too is free.
You may load as many clients as you wish. There are no caps or limits. Each client's alert email and web page will have your photo/logo and contact information on it ("sponsorship card").
