You agree to allow CoreLogic to make marketing offers and advertisements within the service.   We ask no fee from you or your clients to use ePropertyWatch.   Like Facebook or other web services, our goal is to make valuable offers to them in the future.  

No. It's free for them to use too.

We don't ask for their credit cards.   Three are no strings or catches.   Like Facebook and other free web services, we show valuable ads inside the ePropertyWatch service.   As long as your clients desire to receive the service - it will be free of charge.

Yes

If you enroll your clients, they can only be sponsored by you.   We don't sell these sponsorships.   We don't disconnect you from them.  If you put them in, you sponsor them.   It's that simple.

A home's enrollment into ePropertyWatch is on a "first come, first serve" basis.    So, if you sign them up first, another provider of ePropertyWatch will become ineligible to enroll that same property.   We're simply not interested in homeowners receiving multiple copies of the same service.  And diluting the value of the sponsorship to you.

Yes. At any time.

They may "opt-out" of the service at any time.   From the email alerts or their web pages.
